The eSignature Experience™ offers different plans with powerful features and add-ons available so you can choose the plan and options that meet your needs.

This guide allows the eSignature Experience™ account holders to view and change their current plan, edit their billing information, and it answers some general billing questions.

Questions About My Plan

What's a User? Am I paying for all of my signers that need documents signed?

A user is any member of your team that needs to log in to the eSignature Experience™ to create, send, or manage packages/documents. Your signers don’t have to log into the eSignature Experience™ to sign your documents and you can collect as many packages/documents as your plan allows.

All plans are billed per user. You can use the toggle menu in the Plans tab to switch between yearly and monthly payments.

How many packages can I send for signatures each month or each year?

- Lite plan

Our eSignature Lite plan includes three (3) packages/documents every month. Once a package is sent, it will count towards your allowance even if it is not signed/completed.

- Starter and Business plans

It may be tough to estimate the number of packages/documents your business will require. We got your back! Based off of our industry analysis, typical users need less than 100 packages per user per year. For this reason, our Starter and Business plans include 100 packages per user per year.

We believe that send volume (i.e. number of packages sent for signature) should not be a deciding factor in selecting your eSignature provider, and we understand that you may not know how many packages you’ll need to send for signature in your first year with the eSignature Experience™

Based on historical usage of our existing customer base, we know that 100 packages per user per year far exceeds the needs for most customers. Therefore, Starter and Business yearly plans include an allowance of up to 100 sent packages per user per year. Monthly plans have a pro-rated monthly allowance. 

Once a package is sent, it will count towards this allowance whether or not the package is signed or completed. You will be able to correct a package in flight prior to completion without having it count toward the plan allowance. The number of packages sent for signature using Power Forms (coming soon) or Bulk Send (coming soon) will also count towards this allowance. If you do send more than 100 packages in your first year, our sales team may contact you to help you choose the plan that best meets your needs.

Send volume is subject to our Reasonable Use Policy. We may prevent you from sending new packages if your send volume exceeds Reasonable Use. If this happens please contact our sales teams at 1-877-927-7770.

What is a package, and how are documents and packages related?

In the eSignature Experience™, a package is a container for documents that you send for signature. A package can have one document or many documents, and one recipient or many recipients. Each package will display a status (i.e. sent, delivered, completed, voided), and contains information about the document sender and signing events.

How do I buy a plan for more than 1 user?

We are actively working on building out the multi-user teams portion of the eSignature Experience™. Since the multi-user feature is our primary focus, we hope to have the first phase of this feature release ready within the next couple of months.

What types of payment do you accept? Can I pay with PayPal?

We accept all major credit cards in-app for monthly and yearly payments. Alternate payment options, including PayPal, are available if you are paying yearly. See About Yearly Payments for more details on those options.

How do I edit my credit card on file? 

To edit your credit card on file head over to Your Plan. Locate the Payment Method section and select Edit.

A modal will pop up so you can easily enter and update your new credit card details.

I'm locked out of my account

If you've been locked out of your account, send us a quick email and we'll work with you to get it sorted.

Can I get a refund?

We offer an awesome 14-day money-back guarantee on your first eSignature Experience™ payment.

If you made a yearly payment, you can request a full refund on your payment within 14 days of purchase. 

If you made a monthly payment, you can request a full refund on your first monthly payment within 14 days of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, you can cancel your plan so the next month does not charge. 

No prorated refunds will be issued after 14 days.
