Cancel your SignerX.com Account

We're sorry to see you go! Only the account owner can cancel the account, and if you're sure you want to cancel, please remember that there's no turning back — the account will be terminated immediately.

As soon as you Cancel Account, your account will be inaccessible. 

All completed and pending packages will no longer be available.

Be careful, some industries require that records and signed contracts be retained for up to 6 years.  We will no longer be able to verify the validity of the signed contract once an account is deleted.

If you cancel your account you (and your recipients) will lose access to your signed contracts.

Make sure to export all of your documents before canceling.

Cancel Your Account

Click your Profile Icon icon in the top-right hand corner of SignerX.com, then select the Billing & Upgrade option from the dropdown menu.

Click the Cancel Plan link at the bottom of the page.

Choose the reason you're canceling your account, then click Cancel my account to immediately cancel your account.
