About Yearly Payments

Whether you're on the Starter or Business plan, you can choose to make a yearly payment which gives you a discount on your plan and the per user cost. This article will explain everything about yearly payments for the SignerX.com eSignature Experience™, including how to switch to yearly, how to switch back to monthly after your credits expire, and how the yearly payments are calculated and applied. 

By default, only the Account Owner can make an yearly payment, but the Account Owner can grant the Manage Account: Billing and plan changes permission to Administrators and Users to give them access as well (coming soon).

We’re still adding the ability to switch to an yearly plan in-app (if you’re on a monthly plan), so for now please start a conversation with one of our support heroes and they’d be happy to get your account migrated to an yearly plan.

Alternate Payment Methods

If you'd like to pay using PayPal, a wire transfer, or check, reach out to our team! We'll need to know your billing address, how many Users you need, the plan you’d like to select, and if you need any add-ons (e.g. additional users or the HIPAA Compliant add-on (coming soon). 

We kindly ask that invoices be paid on receipt, as your account may become inactive after 30 days without payment.

How the Yearly Credit Works

When you make an yearly payment, we'll credit your account with that payment. Then each month we'll run a billing cycle for the coming month against that credit and deduct the cost for the number of Users and add-ons you have on that billing date from the credit.

If you stay below the included number of package sends for your account, and don't add any more users or change plans, that credit will last you for a year. If you add additional users or upgrade your plan, we'll simply deduct more from your credit balance each month and you'll buy another bundle of credits when the ones in your account are used up. If you remove users through the year or downgrade your plan, your credit will last longer than a year.

Your invoices

If you incur charges for more than the included number of packages for the year, those charges will be deducted from your yearly credit and your credit will not last a full year. All past invoices are available to any user that has the Manage Account: Billing and plan changes permission where you can see how the credits were allocated at Billing & Upgrade > Invoices

Refunds

We offer an awesome 14-day money-back guarantee on your first SignerX.com  eSignature Experience™ payment.

If you made a yearly payment, you can request a full refund on your payment within 14 days of purchase. 

If you made a monthly payment, you can request a full refund on your first monthly payment within 14 days of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, you can cancel your plan so the next month does not charge. 

No prorated refunds will be issued after 14 days.
