signerX Package Types

There are two options to create and send packages to your signerX.com recipients. This article explains each option to help determine which is best for your desired workflow.

Send for Signature

This package type allows you to collect the signatures of one or more signers per copy by typing in the names and emails of all of your recipients when it's created. When you send this package out, your recipients receive an email invitation to sign or view the package.

This package type can be used for multiple signers with or without signer-specific content, such as a Parent Permission Slip, a Rental Agreement, a Sales Contract, a Design Proposal Document, etc.

Create a Template

A Template is a package that is created and assigned to a URL to be signed by anyone who visits the page. It is a fresh copy for every new signer and requires no work from you at the time of signing.

This package type is used for more general, automated, single-signer documents, like Waivers, Registration Documents, General Agreements, Terms Acknowledgements, and more.
