Create a Template

A signerX.com Template is an excellent way to create a document accessed by visiting a URL. This automated package is a fresh copy for every one of your signers and requires no work from you at the time of signing. 

1. View your Dashboard and select Upload or Create > Create a template.

2. Add packages to your template. You can do this in three ways:

• Upload existing files from your device
• Use the Doc Builder to create packages from scratch
• Import existing files from Dropbox or Google Drive

3. Record a greeting video for your recipients (optional).

A personalized greeting video is an excellent way to customize the signing experience for your recipients!

To add one, select Record on the top left of the screen in the purple box > select Start Recording > record your video > select End when it's complete > and select Save & Embed.

4. Drag and drop your desired fields onto your package, placing them throughout your content.
